By registering on our site, the buyer accepts the following terms and conditions of sale:

The personal information of the buyer must be truthful and accurate. Numisart guarantees the confidentiality of your information.

Every buyer is personally liable for his purchases. The buyer cannot claim to act for a third person.

Title and property of the items will only be transferred to the buyer after full settlement of the amount due. An interest of 1% per month will be charged for unpaid amounts after 20 days.

All extra costs such as: postage, insurance and bank charges are at the expense of the buyer.

Goods will be sent by registered and insured mail on receipt of full payment of the invoice, unless other specific shipping instructions are indicated.

If delivered in Switzerland, VAT (7,6 %) is due for medals and silver and bronze coins; gold coins are exempted of Swiss VAT.

Claims can be made for up to 10 days after the date of delivery.

The authenticity of all coins and medals is guaranteed.

In case of litigation, the Geneva court has jurisdiction for both parties.
